*IMPORTANT NOTE - IF EMERGENCY STATUS SELECTED:Make sure your ticket qualifies as an "Emergency" (see list of items above for more details).We want all tickets submitted to be addressed as quickly as possible and especially if there is a true emergency. For that reason when a ticket is submitted with "Emergency" status it will go to the top of the ticket queue during normal business hours. If an emergency ticket is submitted after business hours, on a weekend or holiday it will notify our "On Call" staff so your ticket can be addressed even during off times. Tickets submitted with "Emergency" status that do not qualify will automatically be switched to "Standard" status.
