Charges may apply for the following:

  • Text and image changes outside of the content area (header, footer, background)
  • Changes to the general art direction
  • Changes to site colors
  • Changes to site fonts or font size
  • Changes to functionality and template code
  • Restructuring of site architecture – have a large amount of changes? Submit them here.
  • Adding new custom buttons
  • Adding and updating events or blog posts
  • Managing image galleries

Only the following items qualify as an "Emergency":

  • Email Not Working

STEP 5: Review your changes and submit them to the support team!

*IMPORTANT NOTE - IF EMERGENCY STATUS SELECTED:
Make sure your ticket qualifies as an "Emergency" (see list of items above for more details).
We want all tickets submitted to be addressed as quickly as possible and especially if there is a true emergency. For that reason when a ticket is submitted with "Emergency" status it will go to the top of the ticket queue during normal business hours. If an emergency ticket is submitted after business hours, on a weekend or holiday it will notify our "On Call" staff so your ticket can be addressed even during off times. Tickets submitted with "Emergency" status that do not qualify will automatically be switched to "Standard" status.
